I know I’m no expert
I recently read a blog that I’m having trouble linking, but the main site is www.makeupgeek.com. Anywho, she posted a recipe for a delicious, weight loss friendly recipe. I tried it this morning and it was SOOO good, so I must share with you.
Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal
Ingredients
Oatmeal (Old fashioned, for fiber)
Hot Water
Protein Powder (Chocolate flavored)
Peanut Butter
Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
I took my large coffee cup and nuked some hot water. Once it was boiling, I poured in a scoop of my protein shake powder, some oatmeal, half a teaspoon of peanut butter (more if you like peanut butter flavor), and a couple teaspoons of the brown sugar blend. Mix, and you’re done. Sooo good! I know what I’ll be having for breakfast.
